We detected risks outside an institution's line of sight where an employee that had retired over 10 years ago became subject to a phishing campaign. Their credentials were compromised, and we were able to notify the institution about the exploit, thereby preventing reputation damage that they didn't even realize was unfolding.

On May 27, we identified approximately 200 employees of a national institute in France that were victims of a phishing attack. The institute specializes in medical and research material, and as such data was critically sensitive. We were able to act fast and inform them, which led to successful containment, mitigation and resolution of the incident.
